Returns

In the interest of the highest quality of service, we offer our customers 30 days to return the purchased goods.

Therefore, each GAMINATE customer has 30 (and not 14 as defined by law) days to return without giving any reason. Of course, we will be glad if you write what was the reason for the return.

Please note that only unopened products can be returned. In accordance with the law, products that are not suitable for resale after opening are not eligible for return.

Return procedure:

Step 1. Complete the gaminate.pro declaration of withdrawal form. The file can be downloaded at this link: Declaration of withdrawal

Step 2. Send us the filed declaration of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by e-mail to the following address: shop@gaminate.pro

Step 3. Pack the purchased products carefully. Make sure that they reach us in the best condition. We recommend using the GAMINATE packaging in which we shipped your order. Thanks to this, you protect the environment and do not incur the costs of purchasing additional packaging.

Step 4. Send the parcel to the address of our logistics center: Flexible Logistics Services Sp.z o.o., Pass 20K, Building no. 9, 05-870 Blonie, Poland.

Step 5. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction. This will take place no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the return of the goods.

In order to ensure transport safety, we recommend using the services of courier companies or sending the package with confirmation of postage.
