Gaminate Hydration

Hydration (being a supplement in the form of a powder to be dissolved in water) is in our opinion by far the best isotonic drink in the world! He was the first and only contains no sugar while providing:

  • all 6 electrolytes
  • 13 vitamins (all 10B, C, D3, K2)

In doing so, it provides optimal osmotic pressure - identical to that possessed by blood plasma. It is indispensable during training and all physical activities.

NOTE to anyone for whom the amount of carbohydrate is important (keto etc.):

Although the ingredients show 16.6g of carbohydrates per serving, in reality the carbohydrates that raise blood glucose and insulin levels, and contribute a standard calorie load of around 4 kcal/1g are only about 4g.

The remainder of the carbohydrates shown come from erythrol, which is formally included in this group, despite the fact that it does not contribute a calorific load or raise blood sugar levels.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Magnesium

Magnesium is a macronutrient (one of the 6 electrolytes) essential for the proper functioning of many areas of our body. It is involved in several hundred biochemical processes and in the synthesis of over 600 key enzymes.

Amount in Gaminate Hydration: 150 mg (40% RWS)

It is required primarily for:
  • energy production
  • normal conduction of nerve impulses
  • carbohydrate metabolism
  • DNA synthesis and
  • protein synthesis.
  • Vitamin D synthesis and activation.
  • proper functioning of the immune system
  • optimal cognitive processes

Insufficient magnesium intake is a common problem found in developed countries.

This is due to the fact that so-called 'Western' diets tend to contain very low levels of foods naturally rich in this element.

Magnesium deficiency leads to, among other things:
  • increase in blood pressure,
  • reduced insulin sensitivity (associated with obesity,
  • type 2go diabetes or so-called "metabolic syndrome")
  • disrupts bone mineralisation processes, increasing the incidence of osteoporosis
  • occurrence of muscle cramps
  • general weakness
  • the appearance of chronic headaches

Calcium

Calcium is another macronutrient (one of the 6 electrolytes) essential for the proper functioning of the human body. There is as much as approximately 1kg of it in the human body, most of which is a component of the skeletal system.
