To prepare the drink, you need 500 ml of water in the case of Gaminate Energy, and 700 ml in the case of Gaminate Hydration. Pour the contents of one sachet, 1 measure of Gaminate Energy or 2 measures of Gaminate Hydration into a shaker or bottle. Stir vigorously (a few tens of seconds) and you have a product ready to drink. In the case of Gaminate Energy, we also encourage you to throw in 1-2 ice cubes, which will cool down the drink and improve the mixing of the product and the taste. You can use a bottle or one of our shakers to mix the product.

The product should be stored in a dry place at room temperature.

The shelf life is 24 months.

Once a can of Gaminate has been opened, we should use it within a period of 2, maximum 3 months. As Gaminate is a very moisture-absorbing product, the conditions in which it is stored after opening can have a significant impact on its shelf life. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you do not dispose of the humidity-absorbing sachets in the tin, which are there to protect the product once it has been opened.
