Returns

To ensure the highest quality of service we offer our customers 30 days to return the purchased goods.

Every GAMINATE customer therefore has 30 (and not 14, as the law states) days to return a product without stating a reason. We would, of course, be pleased if you would write what the reason for the return was.  

Please note that only products can be returned, which have not been opened.  In accordance with the law, products that are not resellable once opened are not returnable.

Return procedure:

Step 1. Complete the model withdrawal statement gaminate.pro . The file can be downloaded at this link: Model withdrawal from the Agreement

Step 2. Send us a model withdrawal statement by email to: sklep@gaminate.pro, or by post to the following address: Gaming Supplements Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowy Świat 33 lok.13, 00-029 Warsaw. 

Step 3. Carefully pack your purchased products. Ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition. We recommend using the GAMINATE packaging in which we sent your order. This way you protect the environment and do not incur the cost of purchasing additional packaging.

Step 4. Send your shipment to the address of our logistics centre: Flexible Logistics Services Sp.z o.o., Pass 20K, Building No. 9, 05-870 Blonie

Step 5. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment used in the original transaction. This will take place no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

To ensure safe transport, we recommend using a courier service or sending a parcel with proof of posting.
