Withdrawal from the contract

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The period for cancellation shall expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods, or, in the case of multiple items delivered separately, from the day on which you acquire possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the last item.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ie: Gaming Supplements Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowy Świat 33 lok.13, 00-029 Warsaw, e-mail address: sklep@gaminate.pro, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of normal delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until you have received the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

Please send the item back to us at the following address: Flexible Logistics Services Sp.z o.o., Pass 20K, Building no. 9, 05-870 Blonie, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 30-day period.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.

You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from your use of the item other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Consumer in the cases referred to in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
