Programme regulations: GAMINATE RETURN GUARANTEE
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 The organiser of the programme called "GAMINATE IV RETURN GUARANTEE", hereinafter referred to as the "Programme", is the company Gaming Supplements z o.o, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul.: Nowy Świat 33 / 13, NIP: 7010942894, REGON: 384220149, entered in the register of entrepreneurs at the District Court for the City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS no. 0000801283, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".
1.2 Programme name: GAMINATE RETURN GUARANTEE IV
1.3 The programme shall be conducted in Poland between 00:00 on 01.01.2024 and 23:59 on 31.12.2024 or until stocks are exhausted.
1.4 The programme aims to make sales made in the Organiser's online shop, www.gaminate.pro , more attractive.
2. CONDITIONS OF USE
2.1 The Programme is directed exclusively to natural persons having full legal capacity and residing in Poland, excluding employees and associates of the Organiser and persons related to the Organiser.
2.2 The participant of the programme can only use the programme on the Organiser's webshop, i.e. at www.gaminate.pro.
2.3 The Participant is entitled to purchase one item of the product defined in section 3.1 of these Terms and Conditions.
2.4 Participation in the programme is voluntary.
2.5 The participant is obliged to familiarise himself/herself with the content of the Rules. By participating in the Programme, the participant accepts the provisions of these Rules.
3. SPECIFIC RULES OF THE PROGRAMME
3.1 The Programme covers Gaminate branded products, called STARTER PACK, consisting of three Gaminate branded sachets of the Energy line, and the Hydration line and available in the Organiser's shop, at a price of £19.99 , called "Product".
3.2 The product must be purchased at www.gaminate.pro with the option of delivery within Poland.
3.3 A participant in the programme can only purchase one product within a product line (Energy and Hydration) during the duration of the Refund Guarantee programme.
3.4 A participant can only take part in the "Refund Guarantee" programme once per product line (Energy or Hydration), i.e. he can take part in the programme a maximum of two times for the entire Gaminate brand (once for the Energy line and once for the Hydration line).
3.5 The Participant of the Programme is entitled to a refund of the amount he/she paid for the purchase of the Product. This is exactly PLN 19.99 gross ( in words: nineteen zlotys and ninety nine cents ), provided that one of the three sachets included in the Product is sent back.
3.6 The sachet to be returned must meet the conditions of an unused product, i.e. it must be originally closed. Sending an open sachet will disqualify the Participant from the programme.
3.7 Upon successful verification of the returned sachet, the Organiser will refund the participant to the bank account indicated by the participant. This will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the return.
3.8 A participant in the Programme may participate once.
3.9 The programme covers products purchased during the period of from 00:00 on 01.01.2024 to 23:59 on 31.12.2024.
3.10 Returns can be made within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. DETAILED RULES ON HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
4.1 In order to make a return at the Organizer's expense, the Program Participant must go to https://szybkiezwroty.pl/.
4.2 In the next step, from the available list of shops, the Participant must select the shop named Flexls and fill in the return form. In the return form, the participant must provide the order number of the order made on www.gaminate.pro, the contact details ( name, surname, email and telephone) and briefly fill in the Description field.
4.3 In the Description field, simply enter the name of the programme: Gaminate Return Guarantee.
4.4 The return form will be subject to verification, which will check the order number and its date. The organiser will verify the return form within 48 hours of its submission.
4.4 The user will receive a return code by e-mail and sms which will enable the parcel to be posted to any parcel machine. The return code will be sent to the email address and telephone number provided on the return form.
4.5 The return code allows the parcel to be posted at the Organiser's expense.
4.6 The participant must pack one Gaminate sachet carefully and send it to the Parcel Post.
