THE PROCESS OF EFFECTIVE LEARNING AND REMEMBERING AND THE COMPONENTS OF GAMINATE

48

Students and pupils are a very important part of the Gaminate community. We run
communication and we listen to what people who are learning are telling us.

In response to a constantly recurring question, which we can abbreviate as follows

"Is Gaminate useful for learning?"

We can best answer this question by describing the process that occurs when we learn and by explaining what Gaminate might have to do with it.

Status CONCERNS can be triggered by various means - purely "physical" by concentrating your thoughts on a task, focusing your eyes on something for a certain period of time, etc., while what is crucial from the point of view of how the brain works is the chemical reactions that take place in it at that time.

Well, for the state of focus to occur (that is, the readiness of the neurons to perform the
some non-standard "work" involving, for example, the assimilation of new knowledge) in the brain
2 substances MUST be separated, the so-called neuromodulators (neurotransmitters):

  • norepinephrine
  • acetylcholine

The release of these 2 neuromodulators makes the neurons of the brain ready for it,
to 'make things happen'.

This something is most often REVIEW of which NEWSwhether a particular
SKILLS (also during exercises).

Neurons 'swimming' in these substances remain in a phase of so-called 'neuroplasticity' when they
under the influence of external stimuli are able to strengthen, or weaken or remove certain
connections between each other - and on this (modification of existing connections between neurons)
is the process LEARNING.

Without the secretion of these 2 neuromodulators in the brain, the process of focusing and learning physically cannot exist.

And now another key thing for REMINDER the knowledge or skills acquired, it relaxation phase, the silencing that follows this process. And here the best state to consolidate this knowledge (modified connections between neurons) is a deep sleepwhich should ideally take place on the night following the learning process.

If the deep sleep phase does not occur at least during the second night after the learning process, memorisation will not be effective.

Going back to the beginning - we know from our own experience that in order to be willing to concentrate and make an effort, for example to study or perform a task that is a certain intellectual challenge, we need to MOTIVATION.

Looking again from a purely physiological point of view - for the state/feeling of motivation
corresponds to one particular neuromodulator secreted in the brain, which is
dopamine.

Thus, dopamine levels determine how motivated we are to
specific action.

Interestingly, and forming a very logical picture - dopamine is a precursor (i.e.
compound from which another compound is formed) of the aforementioned norepinephrine. Thus, in a natural way, the motivation to act can develop into (be a precursor of) a state of mind, for the existence of which norepinephrine is necessary.

These are the physiological mechanisms, while we know from experience that often
Both the MOTIVATION and the ability to CONTAIN, which are necessary for intellectual effort (e.g. learning), can be fragile, and then the whole process, from a purely physiological point of view, cannot take place - if we are not motivated, we will not be able to concentrate and then absorb and remember new knowledge/skills.

The inability of the brain to secrete these 3 key
neuromodulators:
dopamine
norepinephrine
acetylcholine
can have a variety of causes.

What is, however, extremely important - we can help our brain:

  • provide it with the building blocks from which it can produce neuromodulators
  • stimulate it so that the whole process occurs at a specific moment in time

And this is where there is room for action active ingredients GAMINATE.
If we are talking about provision of building materials, we have our ingredients in mind such as:
tyrosine, choline and glutamine.

As for stimulating the brain for actionthe following play a key role
bacopa monnieri, guarana and caffeine.

We wish you fruitful learning ???? and we say goodbye with one of our slogans:

INVITE YOUR BRAIN FOR A DRINK ???? ????
